Fresh soft English Meadow Hay- full of heads and bits to nibble . Very green with a herbal scent and very soft. Our Meadow Hay is a lovely blend of natural meadow grasses. Grown naturally in the field; sun ripened, harvested and barn dried using traditional methods to preserve nutrients and fibre that mechanical drying often removes.
Not just for eating but also great as bedding hay that the bunnies can snuggle and munch. The best of both worlds.
Hand packed in to Eco-friendly brown paper bags or sacks, or a value 9kg box which is not only good for the hay but for the environment as well. Also new from Sept 24 a 3kg block in a recyclable plastic bag.

Please note:
Our hay is an untreated product that varies with weather conditions. Varying shades of green, yellow stalks or a paler colour are not signs of inferior quality. Good hay can be distinguished by smell and consistency and how the rabbits eat it.
We care about the environment, therefore our hay is sun dried and naturally coloured. No extra energy sources are used to dry our hay.
